The Kennedy Report
The township can approve (or not) zoning changes for the land to be used for the mega-site. Where do the trustees stand on zoning changes? And will they bend to pressure?
If the township approves zoning changes, voters could then place a referendum on the ballot to vote it down – or possibly end up in court. (Need the advice of a good attorney with experience in this. Best to look into this now to see what it will cost, how to go about it).
Although showing opposition to development, the change.org petition carries no legal weight.
